Description and Essential Functions:
GMT Fleet Service Technicians are expected to maintain the GMT fleet by:

• Cleans the inside and outsides of vehicles
• Fuels vehicles
• Performs maintenance of the Bus Shelters
• Assists with the maintenance of shop facilities and equipment
• Assists mechanics as necessary

Qualifications:  

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The minimum age for all employees in this position is 21. A CDL within 90 days of hire and a clean driving record are required. Previous work experience or training in the automotive mechanical field is preferred.
• Essential Job Skills and Abilities: Basic mechanical aptitude is required. Ability to use maintenance equipment (lawnmower, snow blower etc). 
• Physical Requirements: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. The employee is expected to bend, sit, climb and lift heavy objects up to 100 pounds on a regular basis. The essential functions of the job may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
